岗位职责

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resource related;
2.Minimum 2 years' experiences in HR filed, multinational automotive enterprise experiences is preferred;
3.Good recruiting knowledge and interview skills;
4.Excellent communication skills and organizational skills;
5.Ability to work under pressure;
6.Proficient in computer application such as MS Office;
7.Good English skills both oral and written;
8.Good spirit and ability in team work;
9.Other duties as HR Manager assigned;

RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Responsible for manufacturing staff recruitment;
2.Plan and organize various employee activities and contribute to internal bulletin;
3.May support other modules: recruiting ,employee relationship and C&B;
